What you create inside Storylaunch stays between you and the page. Your drafts live on encrypted servers, linked only to your account, and you can delete them at any time. There are no "shadow copies," no hidden archives. When you decide something is gone, it is gone.
We allow use of the world's most advanced AI models — Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, and others — to help you imagine, revise, and refine. But we use them through a protective layer: a secure connection that sends only the fragments of your project, and only for the purpose you request.
No model training: At this present time, the AI providers we integrate with do not train on API data (any data you send them is "API data"). This is important: your work shouldn't make other stories better — it should benefit yours alone. We'll continue to monitor the policies of these connected providers as best we can. Storylaunch is likely unique in this space in that our software conducts zero surveillance analytics. We log only what is essential for billing and stability — not your creative choices. We protect your IP from "big AI": we send only strategic fragments of your project at any given time, never your whole manuscript. + −
