4. How to Request a Refund

Visit our contact form at /contact and select 'Refund Request'. Include your account email and transaction details. We respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Approval

Once a refund is approved: Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days. Any tokens associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account.

5.2 Denial

If your refund request is denied, we will provide a clear explanation. You may appeal the decision by replying to the denial email with additional information.

6. Service Credits

In cases where refunds are not available, we may offer service credits as an alternative: Credits can be applied to future token purchases. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Credits cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

7. Chargebacks

Important: If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us: Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse chargeback processes. Please contact us first - most issues can be resolved quickly.

8. Fair Use Policy

Storylaunch reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of: Repeated refund requests suggesting abuse of the policy. Accounts that have extensively used the Service before requesting refunds. Violation of our Terms of Service. Fraudulent activity or payment disputes.

9. Service Termination

If Storylaunch permanently discontinues the Service: We will provide at least 30 days notice. Prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription time. Reasonable token refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
