Storylaunch provides AI-assisted novel writing software designed to help writers develop and structure their stories. The Service includes: Story structure and planning tools, AI-powered content generation and suggestions, Character development features, Scene drafting and management capabilities, and like services.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the creative content you generate using Storylaunch. Your stories, characters, and other creative works remain your intellectual property.
The Storylaunch software, methods, interface, and underlying technology remain the property of Storylaunch and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Service operates on a subscription basis and on a token-based system. AI generation features consume tokens based on usage. You are responsible for monitoring your token balance and purchasing additional tokens as needed. Storylaunch may credit tokens on a periodic basis in accordance with subscription tiers, but heavy use may require the purchase of additional tokens to complete a work or works.
You agree not to use the Service to: Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening or abusive; Violate any applicable laws or regulations; Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems; Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
Storylaunch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORYLAUNCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
